It's Times Like These I Wish I'd Passed My Driving Test

Sometimes i wish i didn't have to get the bus to/from college but i have to since i've failed 5 driving tests today was one of the days i wished i drove i finished college at 1pm and had to wait till 2:45pm for a bus home me and several other people were waiting for the same bus that comes every 2hours when it came it didn't bother stopping for us so some were stuck in town for 2hours till the next bus came some including my self had to get an alternative bus that doesn't go to my village but the small town close by where i had to wait for a bus to my village which quickly came (it just so happened to be the one that drove past me) i got on it and it was full of school kids some of which believed they were monkeys or just have a good talent for gymnastics judging by their inappropriate and dangerous use of the standing rails as monkey bars instead of taking the normal route to my estate and stopping outside my house (lucky me) it missed it out and stopped along the main road to be honest i was not a happy bunny (who would be after taking over an hour longer than usual to get home) and not impressed with new driver

Public Transport Smells Like Urine Especially On The Train Home

Woke up very early to go to London for the day got to the train station (around 7:30am) bought a travel card the train was delayed due to some problem at Colchester but that didn't bother me traveled through Essex in to London got of the train at Stratford and decided to take the Docklands Light Rail to Greenwhich while i was there i decided to go see the Cuttysark boat i didn't go inside just looked from the outside for a while after i went to the Greenwhich royal park (i think thats its name) and went to the observatory there to see the GMT line i was actually quite impressed with it i also had a look at the camera obscurer i'm not sure how it works but your in a very dark room and and in the room is a table with a picture of outside on it when you get in the room your eyes need time to adjust to the darkness but when they do you can see whats happening in the picture like people walking and cars going along the road which i found quite interesting walking back down the park i saw a Squrriel i was fascinated by it for a while as it had some acorns in its mouth and was burying them in the grass after it had done that it went through some railings in to the trees (to collect more acorns i suspect) after that i got back on the DLR then the tube and went to oxford street and a look in a few shops and then had some lunch i later went to see London/Tower Bridge and HMS Belfast (a boat) around that area were some really cool fountains in the ground that sprayed water upwards afterwards i took the tube to Westminster and saw Big Ben & Parlimet buildings and the London Eye (just like a ferris wheel but moves ever so slowly) they were near the river lots of boats were traveling along it also (including a police boat) i walked along by the river after walking long enough (about a mile or 2 maybe more) on the other side of the river i came across Ricky of Kaiser Chiefs favourite modern building The Tate Modern (well according to somthing i read it a magazine its his favourite) i went in and had a look at some of the modern art my favourite of all the art was made out of cardboard, food packets, paper, ducktape and books the outside was wall like with the cutout shape of a person and had prints of a soldier inside the books and food packets in side had paper lables on them of various things to do with politics and war and more to end off my day i had a look at Buckingham Palace the Queen wasn't "home" as when the Union Jack flag on the top of the palace is 'flying' it means the Queen's not there but the Duke of Edinburgh was apparaently when a car left the Palace building a member of the public asked a near by Police officer patrolling the gate who it was in the car i overherd the officer say it was the Duke at first i was thinking it was a member of staff as you wouldn't expect to see the Duke of Edinburgh driving himself i had, had a great day until i got to Liverpool Street train station to go home when i got there the station had been closed due to a security alert a suspected fire no one was allowed in to the station until the fire service turned up and made sure it was safe to go inside (about 45mins after it had been shut) it was almost riot like when people tried to cramm their way in once it go re-opened subsequenlty all the trains were delayed but luckily i didn't have to wait long as there was a train for where i wanted to go waiting at one of the platforms as it had been delayed by the alert apart from that one incident i had a great day

I had a job interview earlier today for a local supermarket i was quite nervous but i hope i did well all i have to do now is wait and see if i'm lucky enough to get the job

Quote Of The Day:
Ricky: "I was perched over the toilets today, about to throw up, dressed as a Day-Glo skeleton.

For those who own a clock-radio with the radio left on permanently!
Ever find yourself waking up in the middle of the night and hearing a song you really like or your fave song on the radio and staying awake to hear it.
when ever i awaken in the night it always seems to be when a song i really like is on the radio i'll stay awake till after the songs over the fall back asleep which in a way is cool. (but i wonder why it happens) very perplexing
